CALLING ALL RADIO AMATEURS!!!
District 3 ARES has been requested to assist with communication needs during the 2023 Indiana Trail 100-mile run (IT-100). The 2023 Indiana Trail 100 (IT100) will take place at Chain O’Lakes State Park in Albion, Indiana on October 14-15, 2023. We want to have operators throughout the whole event, even overnight! Attached you will find the map of the course, with Aid Stations marked in Green, and Critical Spots located in Red. You will also find the workers’ list with sign-up times and locations.
Due to other events coming up, Jim Moehring, KB9WWM, has asked me to assist in the planning for the event this year, so if you would like to sign up for a spot or have any questions feel free to reach out to me at k9ejs@arrl.net or (260)229-7479. Club Presidents, ARES ECs, and everyone else let’s spread the word and fill up the worker’s list this year for a fun and exciting IT-100!
